Jenna (she/her), MST/MEd, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with leaders in the public and social sectors. Her work supports leaders to navigate complexity, facilitate difficult conversations, and build teams rooted in trust, accountability, and humanity — helping them solve hard problems while treating one another with care.
With more than 20 years of experience across education, nonprofit, and public-sector systems, Jenna has held leadership roles focused on adult learning, team facilitation, and organizational change. She began her career as a New York City Teaching Fellow and later served as a Fellow Advisor, mentoring incoming teachers. Jenna went on to join the founding team of KIPP AMP Academy, where she became Dean of Teaching and Learning, and later served as a School Director at Teach For America’s NYC Institute and as an Education Pioneers Fellow with DREAM Charter School.
After transitioning into education consulting, Jenna spent over a decade partnering with school districts and nonprofits nationwide on system-wide change initiatives. Her work included building and leading the Gates Foundation’s Florida Implementation Network, convening district leaders from four counties to dismantle barriers to collaboration.
Today, Jenna partners closely with leaders and teams seeking to strengthen relationships in service of more effective and values-aligned work. Her recent coaching clients include a senior leader on the Harris for President team, a former USAID senior executive navigating a career transition, a nonprofit leader managing organizational restructuring, and a mid-level manager balancing complex relationships.
Jenna joined the faculty of Teleos Leadership Institute in 2022, where she helps develop and mentor new coaches. She holds a BA from Syracuse University, an MST from Pace University, and an MEd in Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and their three children.
“There aren’t enough good words to describe how I feel about Jenna…she was there with me through some incredibly dark and challenging professional moments, and was able to see and support me through not only work decisions but personal ones…Toward the end of our time I was choosing between two job offers and she helped me make the decision in a way I still feel confident and proud of.”
