About Us

Trusted guides on difficult terrain.

We are executive coaches, facilitators, and justice seekers who work with leaders and teams in the social impact space.

Our work is rooted in the shared values of love and empathy.

We work with movement, government, and non-profit leaders instead of corporate clients because we understand their unique challenges — and because we believe in the possibility of redesigning our social systems to interrupt inequity and build toward a more just future.

Since 2018, we’ve partnered to coach leaders and teams. We met at the Teleos Coaching Development Program, were buddied up to study together, and found a deep connection. Work Better Together became our shared home — it’s where we work and play, and dream of a better, more love-filled and kind world.

We hold reverence for the powerful change that can happen when we are in deeply resonant relationships. We both identify as white, cis, straight women, and we hold ourselves accountable to maintaining awareness of our privileged identities and to centering anti-racism and liberatory consciousness in ourselves and our practice.

Our Process

We listen first.

When we work with leaders, we show up as trusted guides on difficult terrain. We pay attention to the landscape, to the people walking it, and to what’s happening beneath the surface. We bring both clarity and compassion, holding strategy and systems alongside emotion, identity, and lived experience.

We name what feels present but unspoken. We invite pause — not as an escape, but as a way back to insight, perspective, and wiser action. Our coaching and facilitation are grounded, human, and attuned to all of what leadership asks of people now.

We center joy, humanity, and connection, and we don’t turn away from tension or conflict when it shows up.
